3. Orders and Acceptance

  • Your order is not confirmed until you receive an email from us confirming acceptance.

  • We reserve the right to reject orders, including (but not limited to) cases where: Products are unexpectedly out of stock; we cannot verify your details; delivery is not possible to your location; or a pricing error has occurred.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are set at our discretion and may change at any time before you complete checkout.

  • Payment is taken when you complete checkout. Ownership of goods passes to you once we receive payment in full.

5. VAT, Duties & Taxes

  • Customers outside the UK are responsible for any import duties and taxes applied by their local authorities. CAS Club has no control over these charges.

6. Delivery

  • UK orders typically ship within 3–5 working days, unless otherwise stated or arranged as a special delivery.

  • International orders ship within 5–15 working days. Delivery times may vary due to customs.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control.

7. Pre-Orders

  • If a Product is sold on pre-order, the estimated ship date will be displayed on the product page.

  • Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are available.

8. Cancellations & Returns

  • In line with UK consumer law, you have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us if you wish to cancel.

  • To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Exclusions: You cannot cancel or return personalised or customised items, items marked as “Final Sale,” pre-order or limited-edition items (where stated), or items not in re-saleable condition.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the Product is faulty or incorrect.

9. Faulty or Incorrect Products

10. Refused Deliveries
