7. Pre-Orders

8. Cancellations & Returns

In line with UK consumer law, you have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us if you wish to cancel.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Exclusions: You cannot cancel or return personalised or customised items, items marked as “Final Sale,” pre-order or limited-edition items (where stated), or items not in re-saleable condition.
