Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible, items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, including tags and labels.

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that show signs of wear.
How to Start a Return

Email us at support@thecas.club within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number and reason for return.

Our team will provide you with return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued for the product price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exclusions

Pre-order and limited edition items may be final sale unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
