UK Orders

• All domestic orders ship within 3–5 working days, unless stated as a pre-order or arranged as a special delivery.

• Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

International Orders

• International orders typically ship within 5–10 working days, unless a pre-order date is provided.

• Delivery times may vary due to customs processes in your country. Please allow extra time for clearance.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• International customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes applied by their local government.

• CAS Club cannot control or predict these fees, as regulations vary by country.

• Failure to pay duties may result in delays or returned shipments.

Refused Shipments

• If you refuse a shipment from CAS Club, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges plus any return courier costs.

Pre-Orders

• If a product is sold on pre-order, the estimated ship date will be clearly stated on the product page. Orders containing pre-order items will be dispatched together once available.
